The antioxidants vitamin C, vitamin E and beta carotene are found in conditions of protection of the blood cells and millions of other corporal cells from the damage caused by “free radicals”. Vitamin C is capable of regenerating vitamin E so that it can be available to the body. Folic acid is a water-soluble vitamin, which is most optimally complemented with vitamins B6 and B12. If these vitamins are present in adequate doses, the ideal conditions are created for the creation of blood cells. Thus, these essential nutrients are necessary for the reinforcement of the immune system of the body.
